Summary: Write a crossover with an unlikely show, a show that has nothing to do with supernatural beings where Sam and Dean must hide what it is they're hunting while still working with 'the authorities', the crossover characters. The show should be something similar to The Practice, NCIS, or E*Ring rather than Stargate or X-Files. Any crossover pairings must end up Sam/Dean though, as this is strictly a Sam/Dean archive.

Summary: Write a literal Alternate Universe. This means combining the Supernatural world as we know it with another Sam/Dean universe and the boys come into contact with each other. The situation can be anything from Sam2 and Dean2's mom never died, or Dean never came back for Sam after their father disapeared, to a universe where the boys really *are* priests. You must explain how the universes crossed.

Summary: This is a personal plot fav of mine: One of the boys gets a knock on the head and loses his memory. The other has to help him get it back and a verbal misunderstanding ensues where the one with the loss thinks they're lovers - but they're not (not yet of course LOL). Or, if you choose Sam, he starts to talk to dead people - in the middle of a public place, not realizing that only he can see them.

Summary: The IRS catches up with Dean and threatens him with jail time. There are two versions for this challenge, should you choose to accept it and it can be first time or ER and try to include humor. Plus must have a happy ending, like maybe the boys saving the IRS auditor from a demon: 1) Have Sam go over Dean's IRS returns and see just exactly what Dean deducts/itemizes on his 1040 form. 2) Dean has *never* filed a tax return and sits down with the auditor, explaining just exactly what it is he does for a living.

Supernatural/Smallville crossover by superboyclex
Summary: A Supernatural/Smallville crossover where Sam and Dean visit Smallville to explore the odd goings on and meet Clark. Sam/Dean & Clark/Dean A angsty, first time, serious fic that's realistic for both shows. Sam has feelings for his brother but is too afraid to tell him, thinking that if Dean doesn't even like men why would he like him that way. Once in Smallville and having met Clark Dean realizes he's attracted to Clark and the two hit it off. Sam gets jealous of Clark being around and or with his brother and is surprised that Dean would even be attracted to another man & then gets possessive. Dean, meanwhile, is a bit shaky about the whole gay thing and even more so when Sam tells him how he feels. In the end Dean realizes that he's attracted to Clark cause he sees Sammy in him. Maybe there could be a threesome somewhere in there. You can be creative with this but for the very end I like happy endings.
