Since I know your stories are Terrific, I just couldn't help myself.
My favorite lines were as follows:
"This...this isn't possible, you are mine. You didn't break the deal or he would be dead." She kissed him again, still nothing.
"How did you do this?" as she moved toward Sam
"Just that good bitch!" Sam spit out.
Just simply classic.
Dean admitting to Sam that he loved him, well that just made me smile so wide that my jaw aches.

I absolutely loved it (and not because I beta'd either LOL)...Your idea of a binding spell, that Sam could do it on his own, was original...and the way Sam stumbled upon the book was pure Sam. And when our friendly neighborhood demon comes for Dean....
