omg...i love this story! i was assuming it was completed when i saw how long it was and now i am freaking out waiting for an update. read it all in just two sittings...was up til 5 am reading last night. it is incredible! need more!!!! awesome!!!
Author's Response: Thank you, and yes will be updating in the coming weeks, I'm dropping part of my RL workload come mid-February and getting back to writing before I go nuts. I NEED the outlet writing provides. It’s my therapy. Thanks for the enthusiastic words, they were much appreciated.

I just read back through your reviews and I cannot understand why there are no reviews between chapters 13-25. (although I guess I am guilty of it too) Maybe they did like me and read all the way through it and then commented...*ducks head* shutting up now.

I hope that you'll update soon, cause I love the turn you took with this whole story. I love your original characters, above all Spice and Daniel. I love your characterization of Sammy, how he chose this life after all, cause he got to get a family. How you showed his bitterness with the life his Dad gave him, who played with the thought of killing him.
I love helpless Dean, cause he's struggling with his unusual role of being the weaker one.
Turning Jo into an immortal was a very surprising, but brilliant turn of events.
I don't want to ramble on, let me just tell you that I really, REALLY like your story!!!

Author's Response: No LJ, I have to admit that I don’t take advantage of a lot of the avenues that I could…this is the only place I’ve posted When Darkness Falls, and the newest chapters appear here first and at this point--- only here. I’ll eventually put them on my website but until then this archive would be the best place to find them. Thank you for the lovely praise you made my day and I feel horrible for not updating this in so long, I hope you all can forgive me.

awwww! that was so...*sighs*...wow...you do have a way with words WCIS… You're such a wonderful author! I admire you so much. Probably my favorite moment was the threesome between Sam, Dean and Spice and my second favorite was the scene at the roadhouse…that was better than sex XD I like the mystery you’ve packed into this but more importantly, I like the long drawn out suspense. You never reveal anything too soon or too slow, always at the right pace. I’ve never had to scroll through a scene looking for it to pick up the pace, every word has me enthralled and I’ve read this over and over again since I joined the archive. I really like how you portray the relationships between everyone. I’m not normally into OMC when they take up a significant portion of a story, but I’m in love with every single one of yours, all for different reasons. Daniel is just mega delicious, sexy, witty, beautiful and Slade is so deep and thoughtful…I could just tell he wanted to help Jo so bad and he seems so torn over Spice. I hope that whatever they are planning to do that they don’t hurt the boys to do it. Shadow is wonderful, so big and brutish but you can tell he likes Dean even though he’s a hunter. Moral, even though he hates Dean I still think he’s flippin awesome. Chris and Angel…I just love them as a couple and the fact that they both wanted Dean after the dinner scene made me giggle. That was wicked sexy. This story has so many layers and yet it’s not complicated to understand at all. Awesome! Wonderful...oh yeah...*gets on knees* PLEASE DON'T END IT EVER! IT'S SO GOODDDDD! PLEASE DON'T END IT! Pwease??

I just read all of this today and I have got to say you are the best fan fic writer I've ever read,i just love spice and evil Sam is the best. I'm not just sayin this to get you to write faster either,you really are the very best. I like everything about the way you write. the backdrop is just.....hell i don't even have words to say it, i just love it sooooo much.

The next chapter is close to complete and I’ll probably send it off to the Beta sometime this weekend with hopes of posting early next week.
