Chapter 1: Into The Future

Dean was sitting on the hood of the Impala, looking at his watch. Sam was taking a leak in the woods, unable to hold it until the next town. He'd been gone for over five minutes. Dean found himself thinking 'I know you have a big dick dude, but five minutes to piss?'

Ok, so he wouldn't go looking...just in case something other than peeing needed done. So Dean just growled and scootched his ass around on the hot hood. The hot hood that he would like to bend his brother across, press his body against - reach his hand around that well built stomach and caress....

Dean gave himself a mental bitch slap. "Pull it together, Dean!" he said outloud. He could never tell Sam how he felt. NEVER! His heart couldn't take the pain of him leaving again. Not ever again, and if Sam knew his desires, knew his lusts, passions, needs - oh yeah, he'd leave.

Dean growled in frustration. He might be in love with his brother, but that didn't mean that he didn't want to kick his ass sometimes. He slid off of the car and walked around it, hitting the lock on the door of the driver's side, leaning inside and locking the passenger side as well. Once he was back out, he jogged off to the edge of the woods where Sam had disappeared. "Sammy, zip it dude - or do you need some help?"

No answer.

"Sammy?" he called out once again as he stepped into the compressed brush of the forest. "Sam!" Dean wailed into the deep caverns of nothing but tree after tree. "Fuck Sam, where the hell are you?" Suddenly Dean found himself facedown on the ground, his body being pulled across the thick blanket of small branches, leaves and other forest litterings. His hands flailed around looking for something to grab, hold on to, but his body was moving too fast to grasp at anything it went past. He managed to turn and look ahead to where he was being pulled by the unseen force. There was a pearlescent eruption just hanging, looming in the middle of a small opening in the dense woodlands around him. "Sammy!!!" he helplessly called out. "SAM!!" But his words fell on deaf ears, as there was no one around to help him. Not even Sam.

~X~X~

His body plunged into the blob that was suspended in mid air. Dean expected not to be able to breathe, but surprisingly - there was no lack of air. He felt his body being hurled, pulled across the land beneath him, and he could see the landscape flashing before his eyes as his body twisted and turned within the bulbous phenomenon. But as quickly as it started, it ended. Dean landed with a loud thud on the ground below him.

"DEAN!! Oh thank GOD!" Sam bellowed as he flung his body down on top of him. Dean managed a loud "oomfph" as Sam's near two hundred pounds of thick muscle blanketed his body.

"Uhhh, Sammy - I can't breathe!" he grunted as he shoved Sam off of him. Sam rolled to his side, and Dean sat up. "What the fuck was that thing?"

"I think it was a time portal. I've read about them, but I've never seen one. Hell, I've never talked to anyone who's ever seen one."

"A time portal? Are you serious?" Sam nodded at him. "Great, where - when in the hell are we?"

"Gee Dean, I left my handlink so I could communicate with Ziggy in my other pants!" Sam answered smartly.

Dean only grinned, the Quantum Leap reference not lost on him; it was his favorite show when he was a teenager.

Sam sighed, "Look, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bite your head off." Dean scowled at him, but nonetheless nodded. "This isn't familar to you?" Sam asked. Dean looked around, turning and taking in his surroundings. "Dean, this is the same place we were, just in a different time. I recognize this tree - these carvings. It's the tree that I, uh..."

"Drained the vein on?" Dean laughed.

Sam frowned and shook his head, "Alright, when I got here, I looked around, and there's a house back this way," Sam said, motioning over his shoulders. "Maybe we can use their phone."

Dean laughed, "And if we are in the future or the past, just who in the hell are you gonna call?"

"Shut up."

~X~X~

They headed toward the house. When they walked through the gates, it was apparent that there were small children living there. Dean opened the small gate across the front walk. "Damn Sammy, this is just too domesticated for my ass. I'd blow my brains out."

"Yeah, I got that when we were back in Oklahoma," Sam said snidely. He loved Dean, and wanted nothing more than a normal life with him. If you could call being in love with and wanting to sleep with your brother normal. "Why does family scare you Dean?"

"I'm not afraid of family Sammy. I'm a hunter - it's all I know how to be." Just as they got to the porch a huge dog started barking, baring it's teeth. "Shit, that's a big fucking dog!" Dean gasped. "What kind of dog is that?"

"Dunno, but I think we're dinner."

The front door opened, "Ozzy! Hush! Natalie and Bailey are taking a nap!" the man snapped.

"Uhhh, Dean?"

"I see it Sammy."

They were staring at Dean, only he was ten years older. He had a start of grey streaking through his hair, and he was a little heavier. Dean, the older Dean, shut the door when the dog laid down.

"Dude you have kids," Sam laughed.

"Nah, I don't think so Sam, I..." Dean paused a moment. "Hey, wait a minute, why didn't I freak out? I mean I was just standing there, looking at us, and I didn't even say anything!"

"Maybe he, you, didn't see us?"

"Sam, we're right in the fucking doorway view! He had to see us!"

"Maybe we're invisible?" Sam shrugged.

"Invi...Sam!"

"Well, what other excuse could there be? Unless you have bad eyesight!" he laughed. "And did you notice?"

"Notice what?" Dean snapped.

Sam patted Dean's stomach, "You better lay off the snack cakes dude!"

Dean punched Sam in the arm, hard. He ignored his cry of "OW" and his attempt at hitting him back and walked up the steps of the house. "So, if we're invisible, shouldn't we be able to walk through the door?"

"Huh, I don't know. You could try it."

Dean, not wanting to look stupid if he tried to walk through the door and ended up knocking himself out, opted to knock instead. When his fist connected with the door, he turned and looked at Sam, "Good thing I didn't try to walk through it."

The door opened and a pretty young girl about 16 was standing there.

"Who is it Kayleigh?"

She shook her head. "There's nobody here, Mr. Winchester!"

She went to close the door, but Sam and Dean both managed to get inside before it closed. An older Sam was sitting on the couch pulling on his shoes. He, too, was starting to show a small amount of grey through his hair, but much to Dean's disappointment, Sam was not any heavier. He looked the same, except for the grey in his hair.

A small boy, probably around the age of 4 walked around the corner and into the living room. "Daddy, where you goin'?" The little boy had blonde hair, and haunting green eyes.

Sam pulled the boy into his lap, "Dad and I are just going out for a little while. Kayleigh is gonna be here with you and your sister though. You like playing with Kayleigh, don't you?"

He rubbed his eyes and started to cry. "Shhhh, Bailey. Your Dad and I won't be long."

"Dude, you're gay?" Dean asked. He wasn't being critical, snotty or making fun. It was simply a question. Sam only stared at Dean. How did he tell his brother that he was in fact bisexual, but the only guy he had ever loved was him?

Just then the older Dean came around the corner. "You ready, babe?" he asked.

Bailey turned and lifted his arms."Dad, don't go, I don't want you to go!" Dean picked the boy up and hugged him tight against his chest.

"C'mon on Bailey...you know that Daddy and I have to go to the airport. We'll be back soon, I promise. We're going to get Papaw Bobby. You like it when Papaw B visits, don't you?"

Bailey nodded, but was still crying. Sam stood up and approached Dean and Bailey. He reached out and rubbed the small boy's back. "I don't think he's ever gonna grow out of this."

Dean leaned over and kissed Sam, "He loves his Daddies," he smiled.

"Shit," the younger Dean said, looking at Sam. "Do you - I mean, he just said..."

"Yeah, we're a couple," Sam added.

~

Two hours had passed since Sam and Dean decided to stay in the house of their older counterparts, as they really didn't have anywhere else to go. They wandered around and looked at the photos on the walls...thumbed through things when they were sure Kayleigh wasn't around. "Hey Sammy? Why can we touch stuff, and move stuff...but nobody but the dog can see us? I mean, you don't think we're dead...ghosts or anything?"

"No, we're not dead, and I have no idea why we can touch stuff. You know, it's funny that the dog can see us. It's like Quantum Leap after all," Sam laughed.

"No, not entirely. Sam Beckett could be seen by small children and mentally ill people, too. So far, we just have the animals. And he was in another person's body Sammy. This sooo isn't the same thing."

"No, just the time travel Dean!"

"Did we step into the quantum leap accelerator?"

"OH WILL YOU SHUT UP!!!"

"I'm just sayin' Sam...totally different."

Sam scowled at him, picked up a vase and threw it at him. "You little fuck, that almost hit me!" Dean yelped jumping to the side as the vase smashed into the wall.

"What the??" both men heard Kayleigh say from the other room.

"Smooth move, shit stain!" Dean snottily growled. Sam flipped him off.

Kayleigh walked into the room and saw the shattered glass on the floor. She frowned slightly and bent to pick up the shards off of the floor. Bailey came around the corner.

"Natalie is crying."

Kayleigh stood, but she didn't hear the child crying. "I think she's fine Ba..." just then, Natalie decided to make her presence known. It always amazed Kayleigh when Bailey knew Natalie was going to start crying.

Kayleigh headed off toward the crying child's room. "So," Dean asked leaning against the wall, crossing his feet at the ankles and folding his arms across his chest. "How do you suppose we have kids? You reckon we adopted? Or a surrogate?"

"Well, I would assume adopted. Surrogates are so hard to come by, hard to trust - ya know?"

"I still can't believe..." Dean started, and then stopped mid-sentence when he noticed the hurt look in Sam's eyes. "...that I have children." Dean said.

Sam lifted his head, "Having children is what is freaking you out?"

"Well, yeah. Why?"

"You're not the least bit freaked that we're fucking?" Sam asked bluntly.

"That's crass Sam."

"Crass? That's funny, coming from the king of bad manners and rudeness."

"Fuck you Sam! I'm not rude!"

"Nooooo, of course you're not," Sam sarcastically bit back, rolling his eyes.

Dean flipped him off. Sam wagged his eyebrows, "Maybe later, lover," he said in a mock sultry voice.

"Evidently we do."

Sam looked at Dean a moment. "Are you in love with me?" Sam asked.

Dean laughed, "What?"

"Are.You.In.Love.With.Me? It's a simple question Dean." Dean waved his hand off at him scoffing. "I think you're lying to me."

"Why because you're so hot, and you'd be such a catch?" Dean sarcastically inquired.

"Well yeah, there's that, but I know you Dean. Better than anybody. You're lying to me." Sam walked closer to him, and Dean backed up against the wall. When he came into contact with it, Sam kept coming. He pressed his body against Dean's. "Tell me the truth, Dean. I need to know."

"Sam," Dean whispered, more like pleaded.

Sam leaned in and kissed him. A soft, closed mouthed kiss. "I'm in love with you," Sam informed. "Have been for a long damn time. Just been too afraid to admit it. But now that we're here - now that I have seen that we are destined to be together, I'm not afraid anymore. But I need to hear it Dean. I need for you to tell me."

"I can't...it's - Sam..." Dean was shaking. Sam reached down and grasped his hands and pressed one to his own heart, the other to Dean's. "You feel that Dean? Do you feel what you do to me?" Sam edged his hand over to the side so that he could feel Dean's heart too. "Your heart beats just as rapidly as mine does. I don't know if you're afraid of what people will think, if your afraid that it's morally wrong, that you will go to hell for it. Or if you're just plain afraid to love someone that much," Sam shrugged. "You can trust me Dean. I won't ever hurt you, and I'll never, EVER leave you again." Sam finished his statement and leaned in toward his brother's mouth once again. This time he pushed his tongue inside Dean's mouth, loving him, showing him the passion that he felt.

Dean wrapped his arms around Sam's waist and kissed him back. He gasped as he pulled his head away, "Of course I love you Sam, why do you think that it hurt me so badly when you left for Stanford? Why I came and got you? I mean yeah, sure, part of it was for Dad, but mostly it was for me. I missed you, I needed you. You were everything to me Sammy, and I missed you so fucking bad. I felt like part of me died when you left."

Sam was speechless. He couldn't believe the words that were falling from his brothers mouth. Dean had never talked so openly to him in their lives.

Kayleigh chose this time to walk past them with a baby girl in her arms. She had Sam's curly hair, Sam's brownish green eyes, she even had a mole on her face...in the same spot that Sam's rested on his face. From her size, Dean figured that she was probably around 1. "Sammy, do you see how much she looks like you?"

"Have you noticed how much Bailey looks like you?"

Dean nodded. "Maybe we both had children with someone, and we are raising them together now?" Dean shrugged.

"I guess."

Both men looked at each other when they heard the front door open. They headed through the house and into the livingroom just in time to see their older selves come in with Bobby Singer in tow. "Papaw!!" Bailey yelped, flinging himself against Bobby's leg. Bobby grinned and picked up the small child. "Did you miss me?" he asked. Bailey smiled and nodded.

"Anything happen while we were away?" Sam asked. Kayleigh told him about the vase, telling them that she hadn't cleaned it up yet because Natalie started crying. "Don't worry about it. I'll get it up later." Sam paid the girl for her time, and she walked to the door. "Have a good evening, sirs."

~X~X~

Sam and Dean sat on the floor listening to the conversation between Bobby and their future selves. "What time is the appointment?"

"Noon," Dean answered.

"You seeing the same doctor as last time, right?"

"Yeah, we know that we can trust him. He hasn't let us down, he kept Bailey and Natalie's arrivals secret, so I can't imagine that he's say anything with Dean, Jr. here," Sam spoke, as he lovingly stroked Dean's belly.

"When are you due, Dean?"

"Aproximately two weeks. But Connie said that he'd like to do the C-section now, he didn't want to wait until I started having labor pains. He remembers how bad they were when I was pregnant with Bailey."

"I can't believe that you two are having another baby," Bobby smiled.

"Yeah, this one was a surprise. Just like Natalie was when Sammy ended up with a bun in the oven!"

The younger Sam stood, "Ok, I gotta get out of here Dean. Do you hear what they said? Pregnant! We've both given birth! How in the hell is this possible?"

"I don't know Sammy. I'm a little stumped myself!"

Chapter 2: Loving You

“I need a drink,” Dean moaned. “A really big, huge, fat drink! Or something of an herbal nature!”

Sam scoffed.

What?” Dean half snarled, brow wrinkled.

“You tell me all this crap — spill all these feelings, and then do a complete 360 by saying you need a drink. You don’t want children with me?”

“Sammy, having a family with you isn’t the problem. Having a baby grow inside me that HAS to be cut out, sorta freaks me out. And besides, you were just freaking out. ‘I have to get out of here’ — so don’t get all pissy with me!”

Sam sighed. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be a jerk. I mean, yeah, I’m freaked out to at the prospect of having a baby…but I also think that I would love to have a family with you.”

Dean flashed his sexy smile. “Yeah, it wouldn’t be so bad.”

“You mean that? You really don't mind the idea of having a family? I mean, you did say earlier that you didn’t want kids when we were outside.”

Dean stepped up close to Sam, “Those things I said to you…about my feelings? That was real Sam. I mean, you know I’m no good at all this love crap…but I know what I feel, and if we have kids, that’s great. I’m just a little freaked about it. I mean, men don’t have children. How in the hell do we get…get…”

“Pregnant?”

Dean shuddered at those words, but nodded.

Sam wrapped his arms around his brother, slipping his hands in the back pockets of his jeans, pulling him close. Dean struggled a bit, Sam wasn’t sure if he should be bothered by this, but then again, he knew his brother — public displays of affection were a big no go in the Dean Winchester book of acceptable behavior, regardless if they were invisible or not. “Can I kiss you?”

Dean stopped moving. He smiled and laughed, looking down. “You don’t ask someone if you can kiss them Sam, you just do it.” Sam pulled his hands slowly out of Dean’s pockets, his hands and fingers slowly ghosting up his back. When he reached the bottom of his shoulders, he slid them around to his chest. One of Sam’s hands went to just under Dean’s chin, pulling his head up, the other hand sliding around the back of his neck, pulling him close, their faces only inches apart. Dean lightly licked his lips, causing Sam to smile. Sam tilted his head to the right and pressed his lips to Dean’s.

It was a gentle, tender kiss. Dean’s hands came up to rest on Sam’s waist. Sam pressed his tongue against his brother’s lips, begging for entrance. When Dean opened his mouth to him, his tongue swept inside and his entire body shook as their tongues touched. This one seemed deeper and sexier than the earlier kisses.

When they pulled apart, Sam chuckled.

“What?”

“I always knew you’d be one hell of a kisser. I dreamt of kissing you for the longest time. Wanting to taste you, feel you under my body, wanting to make love to you. Hold you until morning comes.”

“Was it as good as your dreams?”

Sam pulled Dean to him and kissed him again, then hugged him close. “It was better.”

They stood there a moment, Dean allowing himself to be held. His hands were still on Sam’s waist, “Dean?”

“Hmm?” he asked — his face nestled on the side of Sam’s neck.

“Put your arms around me? It’s ok, I won’t break.”

Dean slid his arms around Sam’s body and held him tight. “Mmmm,” Sam moaned, “I like this. Feels nice.”

“I feel like a girl,” Dean laughed.

“Well you better get used to it. I like to cuddle. Especially after sex.”

Sam felt Dean’s face grow hot against his skin. “Are you blushing?” Sam asked, pulling away. He looked at Dean’s face - it was a little red.

“No, I’m not blushing!”

Sam smiled and pulled Dean to him again. He kissed him once more, this time the kiss growing deeper. Their tongues dueled for dominance. Sam, of course, relented and let Dean control the kiss. Dean moaned, pulling Sam against his body, gripping him tight.

When he pulled away, his lips traveled down to Sam’s neck while Sam’s hands went up into Dean’s hair. “Want you baby,” Sam groaned, “Want you so bad.”

Dean looked into Sam’s eyes, “Where?” he asked innocently. Sam smiled and grabbed Dean’s hand and pulled him through the house. He stopped, looking into each room. The first room was littered with toy trucks and cars and was obviously Bailey’s room. Across the hall in the second was a toddler bed, Natalie’s room. The third was quite masculine, their future selve's room. The room across from their room, was a guest room, but sitting in the corner was a crib, obviously for the new baby. The room just hadn’t been cleared out yet.

“Perfect, Dean purred as he pulled Sam inside and eased the door closed.

Dean pulled off his shirt and let it drop to the floor and walked to his brother. He reached between their bodies and pulled Sam's shirts off over his head. “You’re shaking, you sure you want…” Dean’s words were cut off by Sam’s mouth clamping down on his. They walked slowly to the bed, their lips never moving apart. Dean popped the button on Sam’s jeans and lowered the zipper. He slid his fingers inside the edge of his boxers, sliding around to the back. When he slid them inside and grasped Sam’s naked ass, Sam moaned loud, then somewhat of a chuckle escaped his lips. Dean pulled his head back smiling…"why are you laughing?”

“Because your hands are on my ass…it just hit me funny.”

Dean snorted out a laugh, and pulled his hands from Sam’s behind. “That didn’t mean I wanted you to stop.”

Dean walked to the window. “I think that we should wait Sammy. I mean, I’m not mad or anything, so don’t take it like that, ok? But if you’re gonna laugh when I touch you, I don’t think we’re ready for this.”

Sam walked up behind Dean and wrapped his arms around his waist, resting his head on his shoulder. “I think it was just nerves. I’ve never done anything like this, I’m just nervous. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to make love to you.”

Dean leaned his head back against Sam’s shoulder. “I love you Sammy. I really do, but…mmmm,” Dean moaned as Sam began to suck and tongue the little spot right behind Dean’s ear. Sam also started rocking his hips, his erection rubbing against Dean’s ass.

Sam slid his hands down to the button and zipper of Dean’s pants, his hand snaking down the front, dipping inside his boxers and grasping his brother’s hard cock.

Dean’s right arm came up to the back of Sam’s head, pulling his mouth to his. They kissed for what seemed like a lifetime as Sam gently but expertly stroked him.

When they stopped kissing, Dean pulled Sam’s hand back to the open air and pushed his own jeans down and then proceeded to relieve Sam of his. They made their way over to the bed and shared kisses and mutual exploration of each others bodies. Learning where each others hot spots were, where and how they liked to be touched.

Dean rolled on top of Sam’s body, and when their cocks touched for the first time, it was like an electric jolt coursed through their veins.

Dean began to move against his brother, the friction of their hardness causing them both to writhe. Dean began to kiss him, his tongue sliding against Sam’s. Then he moved to his neck, to his chest — lingering on his nipples for a bit, then moving lower. His tongue traced Sam’s six pack, his navel. When Dean finally took Sam in his mouth, Sam cried out — shooting his load down his brother's throat.

Dean wasn’t expecting it, but he managed to make it through without gagging and swallowed every drop.

Sam panted through the aftershock of his orgasm, his hand stroking the back of Dean’s head. “Oh…God! That was — that was…nughhh!” he grunted as another ripple of pleasure shook his body. “M’sorry that I, that I didn’t warn you. I just couldn’t talk. It was better than I imagined.”

Dean rested his head on Sam’s stomach. “So, it was good? I mean, you know — compared to other people that have…”

Sam crooked his finger, motioning for Dean to ‘come here’. Dean crawled up his body and laid on top of him. “It was the best one I’ve ever had.”

Dean kissed him. Sam rolled them until he was on top. He reached down between them, and wrapped his hand around Dean’s hard flesh. He began to stroke him again. “I love you,” Sam moaned against Dean’s lips.

“I love you, too,” Dean replied. “All my heart.”

Sam got to his knees and looked down at the beautiful naked body beneath him. He kneed Dean's legs apart and laid down flush against his body. Sam ran his fingers through his hair. “God you’re beautiful,” Sam whispered. “I love you so fucking much.”

Sam rolled to the side of Dean’s body and bent down and sucked the length of his brother into his mouth, his tongue swirling around the head, then dipping into the slit. Dean bucked his hips, “Oh Sammmmmmmy, yeah baby…oh God. Fuck yeah!” Dean practically yelled.

“Hmmmm, oh,” a quick breath of air was drawn in through those perfect fucking lips, then another, “hummmm…” Dean had a handful of Sam’s thick hair between the fingers on one hand while the other was gripping the white cotton sheet beneath him.

“Sam, m’there, gonna — gonna” and with a shout of “Fucking love you!!” Dean came, his body shaking uncontrollably, eyes rolling back in his head.

Sam crawled up beside Dean on the bed and laid his head on his chest and cuddled into his brothers warmth, and both men fell fast asleep.

~X~X~

Hours later, Sam woke first. "Hey..." he nudged Dean. "Baby, wake up."

"Mmm, don't wanna. Wanna stay like this forever."

Sam smiled, Dean's head was on his chest, one arm behind his back, the other around his waist. He even had one of his legs draped over Sam's. Basically, he was completely wrapped around Sam.

"We gotta get up and see about getting out of here. We can't stay here forever."

"K, but just a little while longer. To tired to move."

Sam pulled Dean's face up to his, kissed him gently. "So you are a cuddler."

"Shut up!" Dean laughed as he got out of bed. "Where the hell are my pants?"

"On the floor where you left them. Hell, where we both left them."

"No Sammy, there are NOT any clothes in this room!" Dean said, starting to panic.

Sam sat up, "What do you mean? Where the fuck are our clothes?"

"Don't know."

Sam walked into the guest room, as he remembered that the door was open the last time he walked past there. He figured that Bailey must have closed it, or maybe Dean. He was, after all, doing werid things since he'd gotten pregnant again. Why not add an OCD of closing open doors?

Sam paused when he saw clothes on the floor. "What the??" he asked to the empty room. Then he saw the bed, it was a mess. He walked over to the clothes and picked them all up and headed to the laundry room, figuring that he would make the bed later, and bitch at whoever messed it up.

Present

"Sam, I an NOT going back to our time naked! My luck, I'll plop down in the middle of the Mall Of America in the fucking food court! I mean fuck, this is a nightmare come true!!!"

Sam tried to hold back his laughter. But it didn't work.

"It's not funny SAM!"

"Oh, Dean! I love you, do you know that?" he giggled. "We are still us in the future, I'm sure that their clothes will fit us?"

"I want MY clothes. And my jacket, where the fuck is my leather jacket???"

"Maybe someone picked them up and did something with them."

"Oh so our clothes are visible if they aren't on us?" he asked sarcastically.

Sam only shrugged. "It's a thought. I mean where else could they have gone?"

~X~X~

Minutes later, both were dressed in their older counterparts clothing. Dean was smirking. "I'm glad to know that I still have some taste!!" as he looked down at his Ramones t-shirt.

They decided that they would go back out to the woods where they were when they first got to the future, hoping that they would end up back where they belong.

It took a little coaxing on Dean's part, though. Sam wanted to wait and see their next child being born. Dean wouldn't have it.

~X~X~

They approached the area where they were when they both were plunged to the ground. "Fuck a duck!!! There's NOTHING here!!" Dean shouted. "I WANT TO GO FUCKING HOME!!!!! YOU HEAR ME? OPEN THE FUCKING TIME PORTAL AGAIN YOU FUCK!!!!"

Sam snorted. "Who are you talking to?"

"The powers that be?"

"Dude, we're not in an episode of Angel!"

Dean laughed, "You watched Angel?"

"Why not, you watched Buffy!!!" Sam accused.

"Yeah, but that Sarah chick was hot!" Dean shrugged.

"Naw.. you probably like Xander!"

Sam got punched for that one.

There was a low rumble echoing through the forrest. Both men started turning around where they stood, trying to find the source of the noise.

Suddenly they were both pulled into the air...once again tumbling, twisting and turning in the pearly orb.

~

Their bodies slammed into the ground.

"Remind me to kill whoever did this to us!" Dean bitched as he got to his feet.

They looked around, everything looked similar to before, except the trees were taller. Bigger. Older.

"Dean?"

"Yeah?"

"I think we went further into the future."

Chapter 3: Falling Apart

Author's Notes: Here's the newest chapter! Special thanks to my sis, supernaturalgrl for her usual awesome beta job and neverending support, love you. And another special thanks to Natalie and Linda, you two always have such kind things to say to me, and your support and encouraging words mean the world to me! Love you girls!!

“Further into the future? Sam…I hope the hell you’re kidding.”

“No, I’m not. Look at the trees, Dean. They are all bigger.”

Dean sighed, “Well, let’s go take a look. Might as well before we get sucked back into the floating glob!”

Together they headed toward the direction of their future home. Sam reached over and took Dean’s hand in his own. Dean looked over at him and smiled, pulling him a little closer as they walked. “You know I love you right?” Sam asked him.

“Yeah, I know you do Sammy, me too.”

Sam looked down at the ground and sighed. Dean knew what the sigh represented, so he stopped walking and pulled Sam toward him. “I love you too,” he smiled that ever loving smile that would get him anything he could ever possibly want.

Sam grinned, leaned down and chastely kissed him.

“I’ll make sure to tell you that everyday, Sammy. I know you like to hear it.”

Sam pulled him against his chest and held him tight, Dean returning the embrace. Dean was the first to pull away.

“C’mon, let’s get going before the schmoop police comes and gets us,” Dean joked.

Yep, Sam thought, typical Dean. But he still smiled in spite of himself.

~

When they broke through the clearing and came upon their future home, they noticed a small body shimmying down the trellis. "What the...?" Dean started. "You think we don't live here anymore?"

"No, we still live here, there's the Impala," Sam pointed out. They walked closer and realized that it was a young girl...their daughter, and she was sneaking out of the house.

"That little brat! Can you believe that our daughter is sneaking out of the house?" Dean complained.

"Yeah, looks like she is! Bet she's meeting a boy, she's very pretty. I bet the boys are driving us crazy over her!"

"Remind me to put a chasity belt on her."

"Dean, you were screwing when you were 14."

Dean looked over at Sam like he was a retard on a weekend pass. "I know that you just did NOT suggest that it's alright for our daughter to be having sex."

"No, Dean. Of course not, but all we can to is talk to her and hope she makes the best decisions."

"Just because you were a virgin until you were 20 doesn't mean all kids wait until they're 'in love'," Dean said as he air quoted the last words.

Sam glared at him, "Are we together?" Sam asked.

"What?"

"Are you and I a couple, nobody else?"

"Yes."

"Then quit being a dick if you ever want to get laid again," Sam said as of matter of factly.

Natalie got into a beautifully restored, cherry red '67 Mustang. She let the car roll out of the driveway before starting it, and off she went.

The older Dean came out the front door and was headed toward the Impala when Sam stepped out of the house.

"Where are you going?" he asked Dean.

"Just to the store, I - uh, I want some M&M's."

While Dean was talking to Sam, both the youger men snuck into the backseat of the car.

~

The car came to a stop outside of a cemetery. Dean had parked a good distance from his daughter's car and headed toward the graves. He hid behind a large oak and watched her as she proceeded to fight a vampire. She ducked as the thing swung out its arm trying to knock her down. When the vamp countered and kicked out his foot and tripped her, she quickly reared on her back and snapped up onto her feet, producing a large silver knife from her leg sheath. The vampire backhanded her, causing her lip to split.

"You dead FUCK!" she yelled as she lunged forward and swung out her arm, slicing the thing's head off. She spat down on the twitching corpse, then kicked it for good measure.

Natalie pulled a small bottle of lighter fluid from her back pocket and squirted it all over the thing's body and then pulled out some matches. She lit the whole book, throwing it down and watching the vampire turn to dust.

Her father turned, smiling, and headed back to the Impala.

The younger men looked at each other, nervous as to how they could get into the car without him noticing the doors seemingly opening by themselves. The younger Dean picked up a rock and threw it away from them. When the older Dean turned around and headed over to the noise, the younger men sprinted to the car.

~

On the way back to the house, Dean looked over at Sam..."She's tough! Isn't that awesome? She killed a vampire, Sammy!" Dean said proudly.

"No, Dean. I'm not thrilled that our kid is hunting! And I don't for one second think that the me of this time would approve, either."

Dean stopped at a conveinence store and got some M&M's for good measure.

When they arrived back at the house, Natalie was already home. When they entered, they heard shouting.

The older Dean climbed the stairs two at a time. He burst into Natalie's room and found Sam and Natalie in a shouting match.

"I want you to tell me where you were! It's midnight, and quite a bit past your curfew! And," Sam added "what happened to your face?"

"It's none of your business what I was doing!!!"

"That's where you are wrong. Until you're 18, it is my business!! Now where in the hell were you?"

By this time the younger Sam and Dean were upstairs, and Bailey was standing in the doorway, "You guys are gonna wake up Chris!"

The older Dean stepped forward. "Natalie, go get cleaned up and get in bed. Sammy, c'mon - we need to talk."

Downstairs in Sam's office, Dean shut the door after Sam entered. The younger versions happened to not make it through the door before Dean closed it.

"Damn it!! I wanted to hear!!" the younger Dean exclaimed.

"I have a feeling we won't need to be inside to hear it," Sam glared.

Inside the room, "Dean, you saw her. She snuck out of the house and apparently got into a fight. How could you tell her that she just needed to get cleaned up and go to bed?"

"Sammy, it's not what you think."

"Well, then, what is it?"

"They've been hunting."

Sam's knees went weak. He hit the floor - stunned.

Dean got to his knees in front of him. "Sammy? You ok?"

Sam started laughing. "Ok? Am I ok? FUCK NO, DEAN, I'M NOT OK."

"Calm down!!!"

"How long has this been going on? You been taking them on hunts behind my back?"

"No, I haven't taken either one of them on a hunt. I saw Bailey sneaking out about three months ago, and I followed him. I was afraid of what he was doing. Ends up that he went to a house three towns over and got rid of a ghost that had been killing children."

"Three months? This has been going on for three fucking months, and you never thought to tell me? I'm their fucking father too, Dean!!!"

"Sam..." Dean said, reaching for him.

Sam pushed Dean away, "NO, don't you 'Sam' me, Dean. You have no right to have kept this from me!"

"I knew that you'd over react."

"Over react? OVER REACT? This is not over reacting Dean, this is me FREAKING out because my children are falling into a life that we quit in order to protect them!"

"I have followed them every time they've left to make sure that they don't get hurt."

"That makes this all soooo much worse Dean! I canNOT believe that you have been following them on hunts and letting them do it!"

"They're good Sammy. And what have we always said with the kids, huh? We teach them right from wrong, and support them in their decisions."

"Yes, Dean, support them in their decisions when they aren't completely insane!!"

Sam swept past Dean and opened the door, and stood at the bottom of the stairs, "Bailey, Natalie - get down here, right now!!"

Bailey and Natalie both came down the stairs and walked past Sam and into the living room. Not too long after, another boy around the age of 14 came into the living room. “What’s going on?” he asked. Sam turned, “You’re brother and sister are in a bit of trouble. I need for you to go back upstairs and back to bed, K buddy?” Sam smiled as he ruffled his hands through his youngest son’s hair.

“Cause they’ve been hunting, huh?”

Sam’s face fell. He turned toward Dean. “Has he been going out, too?”

“No,” Dean answered.

The younger Sam and Dean were sitting on the floor nearby — looking as if they were watching a tennis match, their heads going back and forth between whoever was talking.

“Chris, upstairs — please?” Sam asked.

“I’m part of this family too Dad, I wanna stay.”

Dean walked forward. “Look, we know that you are a part of the family. But you haven’t done anything, and this — well, this is gonna be a long conversation. I want you to please go upstairs for me, k?”

Chris sighed and walked back upstairs.

Sam started pacing back and forth in front of Natalie and Bailey.

“This stops now. You two hear me? No more. I don’t care if I have to have a security system installed in order to keep you from sneaking out — it stops now!”

“I’m 18, you can’t tell me what I can and can’t do,” Bailey piped up.

Sam stopped walking and stood in front of his son, “As long as you are under my roof, you will!”

Bailey stood, “I can fix that,” he snarled and stomped past his father, heading for the stairs.

“Fucking GREAT!!” Natalie shouted, mixed with tears. “You’ve just managed to chase off the only person that I can talk to, the only person who understands me!”

“Watch your mouth, young lady!” Sam fussed.

“I hate you! And the day I turn 18, I’m gone!” she cried as she passed him, going upstairs herself.

“That’s just fucking GREAT, Sam!!! You just managed to make one of our kids move out of the house, and the other…”

“Don’t you fucking blame this all on me! I told you years ago that I didn’t want them to know ANYTHING about our lives before they came along. But could you keep your fucking mouth shut? NO!! If you had never opened your mouth, none of this would have happened!”

Dean looked at his brother as if he’d hit him. He scoffed, shook his head and climbed the stairs.

Sam collapsed on the couch. He heard feet scuffling back and forth upstairs, then Bailey came down with a large duffle bag over his shoulder. He walked out the front door without so much as a 'goodbye' to his father.

~X~X~

“Sammy, how do you feel about all of that?”

“I think that it could have and should have been handled a little better than that. I can’t believe that you would have told our children about our lives as hunters. I mean, you should know that they would want to do that Dean.”

“Sammy, I’m not ashamed of my life — ashamed of being a hunter. I - we have saved a lot of lives doing what we do. How can you think that it’s not important to tell them about that?”

“Because they are our children, Dean. They came from us. Look at how you worry about me getting hurt…how would you feel if one of our children got killed because they wanted to follow in our footsteps? Huh? I know that, yes, you’re proud of the way that Natalie handled herself, that she killed a vamp, but what if she keeps on hunting and ends up dead?”

Dean only stared at Sam.

“I’ll tell you how you’ll feel. You will want to die. It would consume you, make you hunt again — trying to find the thing that killed her. It would turn you into a mindless killing machine, like Gordon Walker, that’s what it would do to you.”

Sam noticed that Dean had his head hung low. “Dean, look at me.”

Dean ignored him.

Sam reached over and cupped Dean’s face, raising it toward his. Dean had silent tears falling down his cheeks.

“I couldn’t live if I lost you, I love you that much, and I know that you love me. I know that we will love our kids more than that, I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to lose one of my children,” Dean said quietly.

“That’s all I mean, Dean. I don’t want them following our footsteps. I don’t want them to be hunters. I want them to have a normal life, away from that. Safe.”

Dean nodded. “You’re right Sam, but I can’t lie to my children either. I won’t.”

Sam sighed.

Both of the younger men stood and looked toward the stairs as Dean came down them with a duffle bag over his shoulder.

“Where are you going?”

“I’m going after my son, to make sure that he doesn’t do anything stupid. Watch out for him. I’ll let you know where we are living, and then I’ll be back to get Chris. I’m not gonna take him out of here to live in a hotel, but as soon as I get an apartment — I will come and get him. We’ll set something up as far as Chris and Natalie go, so that we can both spend time with our children. As far as Bay goes, it’s up to him if he wants to see you or not.”

Sam stood, “Dean…”

“Don’t Sam,” Dean said shaking his head, “just don’t.” Without a look back, Dean closed the door.

“My God Dean, “ the younger Sam said. “Our family is falling apart. You left me, I can’t believe you left me!” Sam cried, running toward the back of the house. Dean took off after him.

As the younger men were going out the backdoor, the front door opened. The older Dean stuck his head inside, “Natalie’s car is gone. I — God Sam, I think she ran away!” Dean said through the tears falling down his face.

Chapter 4: Repairing The Future

Author's Notes: Sorry it took so long to update the last chapter! I've been moving and we've been dealing with injuries. But I hope you all like how it ends! Thanks sooo much for all your reviews!

Dean ran through the woods chasing Sam. He called out to him several times, hoping that Sam would stop so that they could talk it out.

Dean ran around a large tree, and saw Sam laying flat out on the ground. "SAMMY!!" he yelled out. "Are you ok?" he gasped as he fell to his knees beside his brother, turning him over and pulling him part way onto his lap.

"I'm fine," Sam growled. "Tripped over a fucking branch."

"Sammy, why'd you run from me?"

"You left me Dean. How could you leave me?"

"Sammy, you know as well as I do that if our son was mad at me, that you'd leave and go after him."

Sam sighed, "I know, but you left left. Said you were getting an apartment..."

"Sammy, you know that I'd never go for long without you. After I thought about it, you know that I'd be back. I -" Dean paused a moment, cleared his throat and began talking again. "I can't live without you Sam. You... you are everything to me."

"What are we gonna do, Dean. What can we do to save our family? I mean, Bailey left, and Natalie told me that she hates me," Sam said as his voice cracked. "I don't know what to do, I know that you don't want to lie to our children. But if we want to truly protect them from the evil in the world, we cannot let them grow up thinking that it's cool to be a hunter."

"Sammy, they have Winchester blood coursing through their veins. What else can you expect from them? And besides the demons, vampires and hunting, men don't have children. Brothers don't grow up and end up in a relationship where they have children. How are we gonna explain all of that without talking about the supernatural?"

Sam looked at Dean as if that issue had never even come close to entering his mind.

"You never thought about that, did you? About explaining how men had children. Why we were together, in a relationship, even though we are brothers. I mean you don't seriously think that it's something that they'd not eventually find out do you?"

"I don't know what to do Dean. I can't let my family fall apart."

"I don't want that either Sam, but until we come to some sort of a decision, things won't change."

"So, what? You want me to cave and tell them everything? Let them grow up to be hunters and let them get killed?"

"Sammy, have you even listened to yourself? I mean, you make it sound like the only evil in the world is the supernatural. There are things out there that are just as bad. What about rapists? Murders? Pedophiles? Huh, you ever think about that? What about them getting in a car and driving? Another car can smash into us at any time and take our lives like that!" Dean said snapping his fingers.

"Dean," Sam said shaking his head. "I know that, I know that at anytime someone could be taken from us, by any of those scenarios. But that doesn't mean that it's ok to let them grow up and be in a situation that could be potentially more dangerous."

"Look, I'm not saying that I like it, Sam. But the truth of the matter is that we cannot hide certain things from them. Period. I just think that we need to be honest and truthful with them. Explain to them that yes, we were hunters. But that we decided to have a family that would be safe from all of that. Explain to them that it's a hard life, how dangerous it is. And tell them that it's a life we left because we were tired of losing people that we love. Maybe that will make them understand that it's not the kind of life that they want to lead."

"You'd really tell them that?"

"Why wouldn't I? It's the truth Sammy. I mean, don't get me wrong...I like the job. I like getting rid of those evil sons a bitches, but I love you more. And when it comes down to protecting my children, I'll want that first and foremost."

"But you were so proud of Natalie, how she handled herself."

"Yeah, I was. But the more that I think about it, the more I know that it's not something I think that I would honestly want my children to do. I don't want them hurt, Sammy. I remember raising you and worrying that you were gonna get hurt. I remember how I hated that, hated that you were so young and so vulnerable and the possibility that you could..."

Sam sat up to his knees. "You really mean it?"

"Yeah, Sammy. I told you, it's that damned Winchester pride that was shinning through when she kicked that vamp's ass. But I just think that all we can do is raise our kids to the best of our ability and not lie to them. It's the only thing we can do."

Dean stood up and offered a hand to Sam and pulled him to his feet. "What do you say Sammy?"

"I think that you're right. I think that's a good idea Dean."

Suddenly, the boys seemed dizzy, like the earth was spinning rapidly. They were lightheaded, their bodies swaying. Then their world went black.

~X~X~

Sam was the first to come to. He rolled over onto his back and blinked his eyes as he tried to focus. It was daylight; just how long they had been unconscious was a mystery. He sat up and looked over at his lover laying sprawled out on the ground. "Dean!!" he shouted as he made his way over to his side. "Dean, come on, wake up!"

Dean blinked a few times and sat up. "Whaa...what happened?"

"Dunno. Everything just started spinning, I felt dizzy and sick."

"Well, looks the same around here. Let's head back to our house and look around. See if they are talking about it, too."

They walked back through the woods toward their future home.

~

Dean was the first to come through the break in the wooded area and see their home. He stopped walking, looking at the front porch - and all of the people sitting on it. "Sammy...what the hell is going on?"

Sam was standing beside him, gazing at the sight before his eyes.

"I don't understand Sam. I mean, look at them - they are about the age they were just a little bit ago, but they are all still here."

At any other time, that comment wouldn't have made any sense. But Sam knew what Dean meant. Sitting on the porch of their home was Sam's older self along with Dean and their three children

They walked closer to the house, and heard Dean - the older Dean - talking.

"You know, it don't make any sense to me why on earth you would want to go out with that boy, Nat. He's obviously gay."

Bailey and Chris laughed at the stunned face of their sister. "Like you have room to talk, Dad. You're gay!!"

"Yes, but I'm not dating a girl - trying to cover up who I am!" Dean laughed.

Sam reached over and smacked Dean in the back of his head. "Stop teasing her! Nat baby, come here," Sam said smacking his legs.

"I think I'm a bit to old too sit on your lap!"

"You'll never be to old to sit on my lap, now come here!" Sam smiled.

Natalie sat on her father's lap, and Sam wrapped his arms loosely around his daughter. "Your Dad is just freaking out because you're going out on a date. See, he remembers what he was like as a teenage boy. Worried about second and third base!"

Natalie laughed when Dean stuck his tongue out.

She got up and sat down on Dean's lap. "Nothing to worry about Daddy..." she said and kissed his cheek. "He won't even get to first base!!"

"Not yet anyway," Bailey added.

Natalie kicked him in the shin. "Shut up!"

"Shut up!" Bailey mocked in a highpiched voice.

Natalie jumped up and smacked him on the head. "You wanna fight?" she teased as she kept smacking him. "Huh?? You wanna fight? You know I'll kick your ass..." she cringed as she remembered her fathers were sitting there. "I mean butt!"

"DAD!!" Chris yelled. "I got my mouth washed out with soap three days ago for cussing, and Natalie just said ASS!!!"

"Well, first of all, you called me a 'fucking moron'...that's a little different. Second," Dean said. "Nat - watch your mouth!"

The younger Sam looked at his brother standing beside him. "Why do you think time changed?”

"I don’t know Sammy. Maybe because we agreed to still be honest with them, but add in the encouraging them not to hunt?" Dean shrugged.

Sam smiled and stepped towards him. He gently caressed the side of Dean's face, his hand slipping behind his head and pulling his mouth to meet his own. They kissed for what seemed an eternity.

Dean pulled away first. "Sammy, let's go back and see if the blob is there and ready to take us home. I miss my car, and I wanna get you in a motel room, naked and ready!!"

~X~X~

When they arrived at the place where the time portal had previously been, they saw nothing. "Well now what?" Dean bitched, throwing his hands up in the air.

“Hello?” Sam called out. “We’d like to go home now! Our family is all safe and good, and we’d really like to go!” he said, very politely.

Both turned when they heard the familiar sound that meant the portal was opening. They watched as it materialized in front of them. Sam held out his hand to Dean. Dean smiled and grabbed onto his brother's hand and they stepped into the portal.

~X~X~

Dean was the first to slam into the ground, an “omfph” escaping his lips as he landed. Sam came tumbling through next, landing right on top of Dean.

”Huuurgh!” Dean gasped as his brother's 200 pounds crashed down on top of him. Sam rolled off to his side.

“You alright?” he asked.

“Can’t breathe…” Dean gasped.

Sam reached over and ran his hand back and forth over Dean’s stomach. “Calm down and breathe slowly. In through your nose and out through your mouth.”

Sam was surprised that Dean was doing what he asked. Stunned was more like it. Sam kept rubbing his brother’s belly and giggled when he noticed the tent growing in Dean’s pants.

“You’re laying here, unable to breathe, and now you’re hard?” Sam giggled.

“What can I say Sammy, you sorta have that effect on me,” Dean growled as he pulled him down to him, their lips touching.

Sam felt the fire start to burn in his stomach, consuming him. He needed to feel Dean. Every inch of him, needed to be inside him.

Sam rolled on top of him and started to pull his brother's shirt up, “Mmmm, mmmm,” Dean was moaning, the feeling of Sam rocking on top of him, Sam’s erection pressing into his thigh.

“Sammy…want you inside me Sammy," Dean begged as he pulled Sam's shirt off and over his head. Sam returned the favor an pulled Dean's off, his hands sliding down and pulling on his pants frantically like if he didnt't hurry up and get him naked, he'd die. "Sammy, Sammy, Sammy - wait...let me," Dean's words were cut off by Sam's mouth descending on his. Sam slightly flinched when something cold hit his back. It had started raining.

Dean lifted his hips as Sam shimmied his jeans and boxers down, the rain falling in a slow, steady pour. Dean slid his hands down the back of Sam's loose-fitting jeans and grasped his ass, pulling him in closer to his body.

"Get these off Sammy," Dean ordered as he tugged at his jeans.

Sam got up on his knees and unbuttoned his jeans and pushed them down his thighs, kicking them the rest of the way off when he stretched out on top of his brother's body again.

Sam kneed Dean's legs apart and settled himself between them. He rocked his stiff cock against Dean's, pulling a deep moan from each of their throats. "Sammy? Please, want you..."

Sam looked down into his brother's eyes and saw the love reflected there. He saw his future, his children, his grandchildren. "I love you," he whispered as he pressed inside of his partner. "I love you with all I am...."

Dean grimmaced slightly at the burn and pain of Sam sliding inside him, although Sam was moving slowly.

"Hurts," Dean moaned.

"Want me to stop?" Sam asked gently kissing his lips. Dean shook his head. "Go slow."

Sam slowly rocked his hips, resisting the urge to thrust deeply into Dean's tight heat. Sam undulated his hips, the movement causing Dean to babble nonsense words, Sam only understanding "D-d-d-do that again."

Sam found Dean's prostate, he quickened his movements, his cock sliding in and out of Dean's ass, their bodies gliding together as the rain soaked their bare skin. Sam felt the familiar feeling of his balls tightening, his orgasm nearing. He buried his face in Dean's neck, his hips snapping forward, his cock sliding against the perfect spot inside his brother.

Dean was coming, his eyes were rolling back in his head, his body shaking...his lips chanting Sam's name over and over. When Sam felt Dean's come spread between their skin, it pulled him over the edge...pumping deeply inside, coming, filling Dean with his hot seed.

~X~X~

When they breached the edge of the forest in their soaked clothes and caught sight of the Impala Dean smiled. "We're back home Sammy! Thank God! I was beginning to worry that we were just gonna keep jumping through time!"

Sam laughed. "Hey Dean, how soon do you think that you're gonna get pregnant? I mean, you're 28 now...the last timeline we visited, Bailey was 18. And to be honest...you looked close to fifty back there."

"Sam, I swear to God, you knocked me up my first time...I'll cut your dick off!"

As they drove away, the pearly orb appeared again...and in the center Mary Winchester appeared - smiling. She knew that she had helped her boys, her babies, save their family from a bad future. She knew that she could truly cross over now, knowing that her family was safe, protected...and her grandson would be born in nine short months.
