I wanted to tell you a little about me and why I seem a little secretive when it comes to myself in some ways.
I’m male, gay, 21 years old, has a relationship with a fantastic man and love to write.
I’ve pretty low self-esteem when it comes to myself in general, I don’t see the bright sides of myself as clear as everyone else does, I hide away pretty much at home and just do my thing there, I’ve something called Asperger Syndrome (it’s low autistic symptoms) - not that it shows in my behaviors anymore - but I still have the low self-esteem that often comes with it.
And to the main thing, I use my boyfriend’s email here, because I’ve gotten attacked before and it’s just a way for me to protect myself and my identity. Not that I doesn’t trust you guys, because I do, it’s just.. Yeah, it’s just I need to keep myself hidden in case the person from last time shows up again.
I shouldn’t have to tell you this, but for one thing, I want to, for the other, I’ve gotten a few mails already that says I’m too secretive in here and I’m sorry if that’s what you think but I can’t do anything about it because it’s for my own safety and for my own survival I’ve to do this.
Of course, whenever I feel like I trust a person enough, I talk more and more about myself, try to give hints of who I am even if it’s hard and whenever I’m ready, I’d give my own email. Deal? Deal. This is just the way I am and I hope I’ve convinced you that I’m not some lunatic, because I’m not, I promise. ;)
